Catholic Schools Week

The whole school celebrated Catholic Schools Week in class by learning how to ‘walk together in faith and love’. Each day we had a focus. We discussed the daily theme, completed a task and ended with a prayer. On Thursday we drew a picture of God after reading the book ‘Drawing God’. We had some lovely ideas about what God looked and felt like to each of us. We also had a prayer service on Tuesday led by the P7s and celebrated mass as a whole school on Wednesday, which was devoted to our special grandparents, followed by adoration with Pauline and Catherine. A display the class made about our grandparents was on a board at the back of the chapel. A lovely tribute to the people who are so special in our lives.
