Orienteering in Garvagh
Primary 7's learned the skills and then competed in orienteering this week under the guidance of Fred Curscadden. Fred came out to our school on Monday to teach the skills of orienteering whilst on Monday the children competed in a primary school's competition on Wednesday.
Congratulations to Karl M and Matthew S for finishing first in the school but also the best score amongst all the schools.
St. Patricks and St. Josephs: Karl and Matthew Score: 270 -10 penalties = 260 points

Score Event: 30 minutes
Entry Fee: Juniors: £1.00
Adults: £2.00
Family: £5.00
The best 3 junior and the best 3 adult scores will count towards the overall school score. The winning school will be the one with the highest score.
