Charity work by P7 pupil
Little Princess Trust
My name is Meabh and I am 11 years old. The day before my birthday, on 8th of September 2016, I got my hair cut for a charity called Little Princess Trust. Little Princess Trust is a charity that provides real hair wigs for adults and children with cancer or alopecia.
My aunt, Martina, had told me all about the Little Princess Trust. I have being growing my hair for two years. When I thought my hair was long enough, I sent a message to the Little Princess Trust and they sent me a box containing a fundraising guide and sponsor form.
My hairdresser Brona came into my school to cut my hair in front of my class. I got 14 inches taken off my hair and have raised over £150.

Well done Meabh from everyone in St. Patrick's and St. Joseph's - a very worthy cause!
